I’m not worried about Tim’s pitching, I’m worried about his confidence. Tonight he had his game face on, ready to go, not taking any shit. But I wonder what he felt like on the inside. What it feels like to be blamed for everything, and to take the blame for everything. What it feels like to have all these fans doubting him and shunning him and worrying about him. I’m sure he feels like shit. He’s being trying his fucking heart out every start - that I can tell - but it hasn’t been paying off in one way or another. I think he will be fine - he’s only been having one rough inning like EVERY PITCHER HAS - and I’m glad he’s getting those out of the way early in the season. I just wish I could be there for him personally.
